Role: HR Administrator
Location: Cape Town
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
- Processing employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork
- Maintaining and updating employee records and files
- Assisting with benefits administration and enrollment
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Assisting with employee relations, including resolving employee issues and concerns
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a HR administrative role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
