By submitting any Personal Information to Sygnia in any form, you hereby acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable, unconditional, and voluntary consent to the Processing of such Personal Information by Sygnia, and you furthermore authorise Sygnia to Process any relevant Personal Information provided to Sygnia via this platform, as well as any information that you have provided in support thereof. You warrant that all information, including Personal Information, supplied by you to Sygnia is accurate and current.

Registering your CV and/or receipt and acknowledgement of any kind by Sygnia, shall not be an indication that your application will be successful and/or lead to employment.

Sygnia will use any Personal Information collected through this platform for recruitment purposes only, and should your application be successful, for purposes connected with your employment.

Sygnia may pass your Personal Information on to verification information suppliers and/or third parties employed by Sygnia to assist in screening and interviewing prospective applicants (“Agencies”). Those Agencies will only use that data for services provided to Sygnia, and they will treat the data as confidential.

Declaration in terms of POPIA:

1. Sygnia will Process the Personal Information provided on this platform strictly in accordance with the provisions of POPIA.
2. Sygnia will Process your Personal Information solely for the purposes the information was furnished to Sygnia.
3. If you require access to any of your Personal Information held by Sygnia, you may direct such request to Sygnia at [email protected]
4. If you believe that Sygnia has used your Personal Information contrary to POPIA, you may submit a complaint to the Information Regulator at https://www.justice.gov.za/inforeg or [email protected]

Consenting to these terms and conditions constitutes consent by you to the Processing of your Personal Information by Sygnia in terms of POPIA, and for the specific purpose for which the Personal Information was provided. Over and above the terms outlined above, you also consent to the following:

1. The use and Processing of your Personal Information collected through this website;
2. Retention of your CV and details by Sygnia for future opportunities;
3. Sharing your Personal Information with Agencies employed by Sygnia to assist in screening and interviewing prospective employees;
4. Furnishing of your CV to clients prior to your appointment to assess suitability for the purposes of a continued or new business engagement;
5. Other lawful purposes.
